ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO,WHEN WORKING AT A NURSING HOME WITH 30 RESIDENTS WITH MULTIPLE HEALTH NEEDS IN VERY COMPROMISING AND OVERWHELMING CONDITIONS.

BEING RESPECTFUL OF MY PATIENTS, BEING THEIR ADVOCATE AND BEING CAREFUL IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF ALL NURSING CARE AND MEDICATIONS AS ORDERED BY THE MD.
