I'm applying for my Liberia work visa. What field do you currently work in? Currently, I'm working in Adult Education. What fields have you worked in before? I've worked in Transportation previously. What qualifications do you hold? I have a B.S. in International Business Studies And two Masters in Business Administration and Information Sciences. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? For me, a mix of both is probably best. Formal education can show that you're qualified, but skills mean that you can do the job. Describe the benefits of working with others The main benefit of working with others is the fellowship. Just getting to know people is a advantage all by itself. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes working alone on complex projects is perfect. There is an old saying, 'If you want it done right, then do it yourself.' What was your worst working experience? Teaching in Harlem. Somedays the lack of support from administration was terrible. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
