Liberia because I have always had the sense of giving back to that country all it gave me: the sense fo belonging and best years of my life What countries have you worked in? Banking. consulting, sales expert consultant, Public Relations, and at present, managing severla strategic and commercial events What qualifications do you hold? I have a masters degree in social companies, foundations and third sector as well as social economy Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider education to be basic in life, but mostly skills and the ability to communicate and let others share your abilities and learn form others effort and determination Describe the benefits of working with others I feel all my accomplishments are due to the strong team work and learning from discussion and healthy arguments in order to get to a common goal Describe the benefits of working alone I concentrate on what to do next and how to follow the team work for next day, or week. What was your worst working experience? I have not had one; i get frustrated with lack of understanding for others and myself when things do not turn out as expected What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That everybody has the right to mess up, and try to work things out again: we all make mistakes and recognizing them is an adventure because we have the inteligence all of us to work things out and get again on track What unique skills do you have? I enjoy m working with my team, seeing how htey evolve and get nbetter everyday, and that I have the leadership to see them succeed What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I would love to work or run a school or a university department in Liberia, work with those that have had such a difficult time in their past and are still standing. I had the blessin of having the opportuity of school and masters degree and a healthy family and children... I have the need to help as much as I can to get young kids, students follow their dream and help their country now and for future generations to live in peace and seek prosperity What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Leadership, allways working on the process, logical sequence of events and being very strategic What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Trying to convince the private sector to bet for an evento that will mean prosperity for the country as a whole and see sometimes how they do not care much because they have done well Why do I want now to go and not before or later on? becasue I have spent many years waiting for my children to be grown up, and be ready to take this step.
