Formal education, because of the course contents of education. It gets the individual to think faster and to apply the best of skills at any particular time.with little skills added that person will become more efficient. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others teaches you build your benefits of team spirit and that helps the organization to achieve its goals with ease since everybody is actively participating Describe the benefits of working alone it becomes beneficial to work alone in tis fast pacing world when your work demands that you need a sustantial amount of comcentration. without anyone moving up or down to disrupt your attention. What was your worst working experience? When after a decision was taken, the manager changed everything upside down without explaining to anybody the reason for the sudden change.
