Diploma in Two Years Intensive Bilingual Secretarial Tranining; Typist Secretarial Certificate; Stenographer Secretarial Certificate; Senior Stenographer Secretarial Certificate; High School Certificate; Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education is more valuable, because with formal education you are able to achieve a good job and also have the confidence in yourself to succeed in life. Formal education also helps an individual to participate in public debates and enable you to know your right form wrong. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others help you to get more experience in the job field. Your learn a lot of new things and the behaviour of other people. Working with others also make you to know what you are capable of doing and to have the trust in others as well as yourself. Working is the practically way of demonstrating what you have learned in school orally. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit with Working alone as a sole proprietor is that such a person enjoy all the profits alone. Moreover, he does not need to consult anyone when making decisions, whether good or bad. He chooses his own time to go to work. He is not obligated to anyone therefore, he make his own schedule. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience is when i have to combine four jobs at the same time;Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist, Cashier, sale girl and company's secretary. However, this enable me to gain more experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learn throughout my career to do deligently, whatever i find myself doing with focus and doing it well. I have also learned to work with people of different cultures. I learned to be patient and to work hard. I learned to be committed, reliable, intelligent and confidential to my job. I learned to take challenging duty and to be very creative. I am a professional secretary who types 100 words per minute, i take down minutes and dictations, i write report, computer literate, i represent my boss at meetings, prepare draft letters,photocoping, scanning, graphic desiging, attending workshops,customer service personnel, business prospecting,internet research, supervising What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I would consider any challenging job as a dream job. a job that will keep me focus and always busy. a job that will appreciat my efforts when necessary. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Everything i do when it comes to my job is interesting to me. The computer i find very much interesting. i love doing what i do and so i find every aspect of my jobs interesting. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Anything that is not interesting to me i dont do it. Therefore i can not recall going for anything least interesting in my field. I do what i am assigned to do and i take challenges with smile.
