Skills, if you do not have the cultural skills to transition your education , you will not be successful

Working with others gives you balance. You can ask the team advice, support others and direct consumers to the best practices.

Quiet time allows me to think things through and be creative, but I prefer working in a team.
What was your worst working experience?
Working with an uncommitted supervisor who was not very educated in the feild.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Integrity! If you can not be honest in your dealings with others, you can not be true to yourself.
What unique skills do you have?
I am a very good therapist and I have superior teaching and traing skills. I enjoy group work. I am computer literate. I really enjoy cultural diversity.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Training others in the field of human services.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Watching the transition of a gang member or a teen mother with no parents skills tranform to a functional healthy adult.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Paper work, but I always manage to get it finished.
How would I, an American woman, be accepted in Liberia.
I am confident from my many experiences in Liberia and the culture of my home being married to a Liberian, that I will adjust and be accepted in the professional feild as well as the community.
