I have related to many Liberian students at the senior secondary level in my 12 years teaching experience when they were in Ghana and really like to contribute to the rebuilding process of that country and its wonderful people. What countries have you worked in? Ghana What countries do you have a visa to work in? None but have done evangelism work for 2 weeks in Zimbabwe. What field do you currently work in? Teaching What fields have you worked in before? None apart from teaching for 12 years. What qualifications do you hold? BSc(Bio) and Dip Ed. from University of Cape Coast Ghana. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Though all are necessary, I consider skills as valuable since that equip the individual for unfold his or her natural and God given talent. Describe the benefits of working with others It help shape you and help build your strength of relating. It also help you to achieve goals that you set easier. Describe the benefits of working alone This help you achieve your individual goal with less interruption. It enables you to make any change in goals set without having to convience others to follow, change to other positive directions is flexible. What was your worst working experience? It was when I started teaching as one of the pioneers of Our Lady of Mercy Senior High School, Tema, Ghana, where I am still teaching. In fact at that time I was made to teach, Biology, Chemistry, the whole of Integrated Science and Core Mathematics. It was not easy at all since I have to prepare for all these and to be able to deliver effectively. Also during my National service i weas posted to a remote village to teach, where the head and I were the only teachers and we shared the classes one to three. These was another hectic time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be deligent with all that your hands find doing. This bring job satisfaction and renovation.
