Liberian from West Africa

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English, Vai, Kpelle, Mandingo, Gola, Loma, Mano, Bassa, College Spanish, German, Arabic, etc..

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Liberia. Because there are more there to be done and I have the expertise and knowledge of the region and the people. I also a specialist on Liberia.

Liberia, United States of America

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

The United States and Liberia

What fields have you worked in before?

Education, Law Enforcement-Criminal Justice, Police Science

What qualifications do you hold?

Over 30 years. I hold a Ph.D. in Conflict Management and Resolution and International Relations-African Studies.

Masters in Sociology-Social Work

Ph.D. in Cultural Science Research and Ethnic-Religious Diversity

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal Education. Because it is foundamental with a common sense phenomena.

Describe the benefits of working with others

This exposes one to new innovations, new learning, continuos learning, cultural, ethnic, religious, race, and global diversity

Describe the benefits of working alone

Some times one remains with one sided thinking, no new development, some times one becomes ant-social, limitted diversity and limited capacity building

What was your worst working experience?

Working with people who did not want change to new development. No new education, new ideas, and no new innovations.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Working with a diverse people with different background has helped me to intellectually, socially, and globally grow and prepared for anything.

What unique skills do you have?

Human Relations, Loving Humanities, helping humanity.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Helping to educate, and to bring peace to humanity and nations of the globe..Being a Professor, an Administrator, and Researcher of Cultural of a people and Divisity in Race, Ethnic, Cultural, Religious, and Women Empowerment and Gender Diversity.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Working with groups to accomplish a strategic mission and objective.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Complaining..Complaining..Complaining..I do not subscribe to conplains on the job..
