I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Accounting and a graduate in Master in Business Administration (MBA) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think both cauze if you have credentials in formal education it is an advantage for an applicant plus the skills. Am sure the applicant is a best asset in a company. Describe the benefits of working with others I can share my knowledge in working to my new employer and also I can gain additonal knowledge from my new employer. Describe the benefits of working alone it seems that you don't have any competition of your job if you're alone. What was your worst working experience? When I had a scheduled audit one of our branch, when one of our employee got drunk and fired a gun in the roof of our branch office due to his unreported collections to the company. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learn how deal with different people officers and ranking file of our company. What unique skills do you have? I had skills of fast learning sense in my new jobs with less supervision. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To work abroad.
