Formal education or skills and why? I prefer skills more valuable than formal education, because education will give you a polishing effect but the real metal must be there inside ie your skill. Formal Education:It broadens the mind and exposes you to a wide spectrum of concepts -theoretical and practical. It focuses on the chosen subject by providing in-depth education on a broad range of materials. When you acquire knowledge from an academic environment you are challenged with academic theories, experimentation, research and a broad knowledge of technology. But degrees aren’t just about good grades and passing exams. The great advantage of formal education is the huge opportunity for personal networking. Skills:Skill is something as intelligence, curiosity, passion, character, motivation, taste, intuition, writing skills, and the ability to make smart value judgements. A few of these qualities may benefit from exposure to higher education, but we feel most of them are better learned through practical experience. Describe the benefits of working with others I believe that more can be achieved as a collective than individually. There are numerous benefits of working with others. 1. Creativity- With working together more ideas can be generated, more creative solutions are generated leading to better results. 2. Satisfaction-As employees interact more energy and enthusiasm is created. When this energy is utilised, it produces results which positively impacts on motivation and leads to even more success. 3. Skills-when a team works together, it has a huge range of skills available that it can utilise to deliver extraordinary results. 4. Speed-If one person was allocated this task, it could take months and maybe years to make it happen. By splitting up the project, work can move forward in parallel and the ultimate goal achieved faster. 5. Sounding board-In a team situation, other team members can act as a sounding board, allowing us to cut through the options and get on with those most likely to achieve the desired goal. 6. Support-C-workers will often go to what seems like extreme lengths when they know that they can rely on the support and encouragement of the team. Describe the benefits of working alone There is an old saying "If you want something done right do it Your self". What was your worst working experience? None. As I enjoy my work very much. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? First make it work, then make it better. Don't try to fit all the cool features in there on the first try. Don't try to make your first version extremely fast by using a very complicated datastructure. Try not to spend too much time building in hooks you might need in 10 years. Instead, build the simplest thing that does the job, first. Then, optimize, add features (not all at once). What unique skills do you have? Willing to learn & adapts new challenges, self-motivated, a quick learner and a team player. Analytical ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hard working and full of innovative ideas. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job that not only gives me financial stability but also provides me a chance through which I can explore my creativity. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
