Teaching of skills because the knowledge imparted to the learner is repeated through conditioning. Skills live with him/her forever and can be retrieved and used any time it is required. Describe the benefits of working with others Knowledge is shared through interaction Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone lets one be able to concentrate with the work at hand without interruptions. It is also easy to beat deadlines. What was your worst working experience? Getting late to appear on stage with the students for a National Drama Festival as a result of a traffic jam. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be patient in whatever one does, since success does not come at once. What unique skills do you have? As a theater artist, I compose plays and poems and direct them. I also train music and dance. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To teach students in a foreign country to come up with a powerful stage play that will be remembered over the years. My dream job is to work as a language teacher with a bias to stage performance. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Interacting and sharing with people of all walks of life especially the youth who are the most vulnerable in the society. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
