I am a volunteer teaching English and Swahili in Empowering Lives International Children's home.

What fields have you worked in before?

I have worked with Lewa Children's home as a consultant for the girl child.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have a diploma in Social Work

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills.This is because you may be having formal education in a certain field but you lack the necessary skills and this might be a disadvantage that can cost you.

1.You get the opportunity to exchange ideas with others. 2.You get to interact with people of all works of life. 3.

1.You will have full concentration in your work.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Patience pays.

I am an upcoming poet

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job is be the Director of my own NGO that will cater for the street kid's education and their basic needs.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Working with children has been the most interesting aspect of my life.I enjoy listening to their dreams and goals they want to aspire in life and that is why i encourage them and make them go towards the direction of their goals.
