A Degree Holder on Bachelor of Science in Community Development at Mindanao State University-Main Campus Marawi City. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? For me, Formal Education is more valuable than skills because its in Formal Education you were taught to be knowledgeable on the course you take in collage. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits on working other people is learning new things form their life and experience that they shares on you. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits that can get in working alone is you are more concentrated on your work because you have nothing to rely on than your self. What was your worst working experience? My worst experience is doing research without being paid even for the transportation. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The lesson I've learned throughout my career is to be patient all time even though some people do not appreciate what you do. What unique skills do you have? I am equipped with the Knowledge, Skills and Attitude in Community Organizing. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to become a International Volunteer Worker in the area of United Nation or in VSO Bahaginan. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Working with grassroots, facilitation of participatory development programs and empowering community constituents is always my passion. I believed that there is a need for raising-consciousness and involvement of all stakeholders to address all the challenges in any community for a real transformative development. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The Least interesting aspects in my field is waiting for a certain NGO or Government agency to give budget in implementing the development program and project needed by the people in the poor community. What Previliges do you expect? At least,certain amount of allowance, free accommodation, free transportation, free load allowance, free food and free yearly vacation.
