Formal education or skills and why? formal education provides one to identify his/her potential, areas of interest and to fully exploits it, however skills are equally important because not all mankind are gifted with formal structured life skills. some people are equally talented in co-curricula activities like sporting activities. Describe the benefits of working with others we should appreciate others and understand to co-exist. None of humankind is an island of his/her own. umoja ni nguvu na utengano ni udhaifu. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that kiswahili language is a growing language and to be conversant with it one owe to be always appraising oneself by reading. that reading is the only liberation of ignorance What unique skills do you have?
