Auto Mechanic, Warehouse forklift driver, Saw Mill pallet builder and other different machinery. What qualifications do you hold? Nonlicenses holder, but i'm a hard worker and enjoy working with my hands Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are very valuable and helpful but sometimes the skills overpower the education. Why, mainly because you may ca find a job that is willing to train you in the field without having to go to school all those years. Built having a high school dipolma does help even if you don't have a degree. Describe the benefits of working with others You learn more each day and sometimes you are teaching others while you learn. And in more jobs today its about who you know more as what you know. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes you are able to work at a steady pace without having anyone standing over you. But its always better to work with others, more work gets done and the help is there if you need it. What was your worst working experience? Nothing, I chose to make the best out of each and every job that I do. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Sometimes its best to have different experience with different jobs because you never know what you may ending up doing. And you may just enjoy one more then the other. What unique skills do you have? Hands on skills working with my hands and being able to do a job without having a doubt in your mind if you are doing it wrong are right. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Basically anything thats have benefits and fair pay. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Working, I love working because I know that it is benfitting me and as well as my employer What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
