i join China Airlines team in Feb 06,1996 as ‘Cargo Sales executive (head of cargo sales and operations) for Abu Dhabi Branch, United Arab Emirates. His duties and responsibilities are as below.

·Provide and maintain effective and professional customer service for the growing number of accounts by co-ordination with head office and operational units in order to achieve efficiency and customer loyalty.

·Liaise closely with head office pricing and capacity control, identify changes in the market trends and ensure perfect co-ordination between price and capacity.

·Supervise the implementation of company strategies, policies and procedures in order to contribute to wards the attainment of service, quality and revenue objectives.

·Organize and co-ordinate with operational activities to ensure the optimal and efficient cargo operational effectiveness and productivity.

·Investigate and report the quarries, complains and claim in on effective and timely manner.

·Supervise and monitor all cargo operational activities including flight handling, aircraft loading offloading, weight and balance, ramp handling, truck arrangement with in UAE airports and GCC countries.

·Monitor other airlines activities, impact on China airlines, report to Regional General Manager with suggestions.
