I finished Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting in 1987 and I graduated with Master in Public Administration in 2006. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are of course valuable. There is something a skilled worker can do which a degree holder can not and vice versa. Exerting effort to develop professionally is useless because of the presence of tyrants, oppressors and political in intervention in the Philippines. What unique skills do you have?
