What type of job are you looking for?

chef cook

What nationality are you?

filipino

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

tagalog, english, mandarin

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

macau because that is very near in our country and it has high compensation.

What countries have you worked in?

abudhabi u.a.e, macau s.a.r, riyadh k.s.a.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

riyadh k.s.a.

What field do you currently work in?

chef cook.

What fields have you worked in before?

What qualifications do you hold?

can speak english and mandarin very well also can cook portugal food and chinese, indian food also filipino food and arabic food.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

skills because for me formal education is just a certificate you need for your educational backround while skills is very important because that is what you need in your job.

Describe the benefits of working with others

working with others will allow you to learn more techniques specialy in cooking.

working alone will allow you to concentrate and make your own cousine.

What was your worst working experience?

when i was in abudhabi u.a.e because my employer is abbusive.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

the most important thing i learned in my career is that in work you must know your position and dont be greedy and boastful.

What unique skills do you have?

a natural flair for cooking, a real understanding of how flavours work together when creating a menu. its like conducting music for an orchestra- it begins on a soft note goes higher and finishes with a flourish.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

to be a good chef. because there are plenty of great chef out there but only few set the standard.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

the most interesting aspect in my field is when i able to cook my specialties.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

it is when i am being manipulated by my co-workers

why i am applying again in macau?

because macau is a nice place for work and also for living this is the place to be.
