People that are team players with good communication skills that typically excel in day-to-day experience in managing database administration involving database performance tuning, database recovery, data security and reporting. I prefer people with a formal education but I am perfectly ready to work with anyone who's dedicated and willing to learn.Team building is a goal. I worked in a team environment and the manager was lacking the basic people skills and he lacked the necessary experience to be an effective member of the team. To become a SQL Server Administrator/Architect using Microsoft's SQL server(s) What are the most interesting aspects of your field? They are: performance tunning, architecting solutions, high data availability for make data readily available to business users and supporting a live, interactive web environment. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? 24x7 on-call duties but willing to do them.
