I try to find a good job according to my experience in sales ,trade but also something else could be a challenge for me becouse I am open for any provocation if will be in both benefit What nationality are you? romanian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Main activity in Romania but my former jobs directed me in many countries and for me to work somewhere else could be a chalenge for me which I am sure that could be inboth benefit. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Nowhere but could be obtained if it is required and of course exist interes What field do you currently work in? Right now I am general manager in a meat processing plant but i manage activities also in import and distribution of drugs ,drinks and raw material for food industry ,but I could assure you that I am a very adaptive guide. What fields have you worked in before? I already asked at your last question. What qualifications do you hold? I had a tehnical universitary degree but it isn't my strong point. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? My opinion is that both are important but skills help more in afuture succesful career. Describe the benefits of working with others It could be a chalenge to be focused to increase your potential everytime but also you could lear a lot from their experience. Describe the benefits of working alone I don't like to work alone What was your worst working experience? Mistakes in management of a company where from an impresionant growing is near bankrupcy. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be very attentive with whom i work in my bussines ,also big attention regarding the colaborators and most important to avoid to grow very fast ,step by step is more safety and finally with much better results. What unique skills do you have? I am very open mind and according with my former jobs and experience I am not afraid about any new chalenge and in a performant company with anice atmosfere inside i'm sure that I obtain soon good results.
