Qualifications that I hold on were Im graduted in the field of health care which is Physical Therapist,and I have extensive 5 years of experience in the hospital as physical therapist and 2 years experience as elderly caregiver Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Its should be a combination of two,but to pick up one I rather choose formal education because its better to know the basics and the more extensive learning in the formal education which you will not find in skills. Describe the benefits of working with others of course teamwork,the importance of knowing how to deal with different types of personality which is not an easy one,and to develop your selfconfidence and built a healthy compition. Describe the benefits of working alone your the boss,everything that you do is right,if something went wrong no one will be blame but yourself...you learn to be more creative and more intiative to what your going to do. What was your worst working experience? My worst experience is that when my boss got angry with me because I have 3 consecutive patients complaining about my treatment,but to tell you honestly 2 of them were irritable,that I cant resist myself to react in different manner,that was 4 years ago,Ive learn my lesson What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? to love your work,even if the work already burdens you a lot,to do what is right and make the most out of it everyday.
