Formal education or skills and why? formal education because by having that you can hone your skills.. but in skills if all you have is that and you do not have formal education your opportunities will be less than a person who has formal education than you. Describe the benefits of working with others by working with others you learn to co exist with them you learn different cultures and views of life you learn to respect your co workers because you want to have a good working relation with them.. and by that you also learn that you are not alone and you need the help of others to have a productive work environment. Describe the benefits of working alone well there is no one to argue with if ever you are the boss of your own and don't answer to anybody. What was your worst working experience? i guess i would have to say is when im a ccr/duty nurse it was after i had lunch and this patient was very irritable and was cursing and saying things when its my time to check in her anger was diverted to me so i was shock coz im not the one who is handling her or giving her to her doctor it was my co worker but i need to be calm. so i just said im sorry ma'am for the delay ill point you now to your doctor well even though there will still words that she was saying she entered the room of her assigned doctor. in i was relieved to that there where no further arguments. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? well you have to work hard for something in order to achieve it and it makes much more fullfilment when you know you work hard for it... What unique skills do you have? i don't really know if i have unique skills to be different than others but all i know is i also possess the characteristics of any other hard working individual What would you consider as your 'dream job'? well to be a nurse What are the most interesting aspects of your field? the interesting aspects is the care that we put to our clients even though sometimes they are too hard or too much to handle we still need to think that put us in there shoes you would also react to things if you have ailments. and we always put are clients first TLC alwys in everything we do but there is always a barrier between nurse to patient relationship What are the least interesting aspects of your field? well long shifts in the ward i guess if given a chance to work with a contract how many years are willing to work for me it doesnt matter i can sign a contract 2-3 yrs well just give me a month of vacation for every year so that i can go home to my love ones the important thing to me is i have my work and can save money for my future and plans How can potential employers contact you? +853 62581674 my macau no. and here's my home no.28225931 |
