I speak conversational American language and i know American sign language. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I would like to work in Macau and Japan. I have visited these places and fell in love with the sceneries, especially how the mixture of the past and present architecture was combined. What countries have you worked in? none abroad. What countries do you have a visa to work in? none. What field do you currently work in? I am currently working at our family business as a baker, mostly cupcakes and cookies. What fields have you worked in before? Education. I worked as a high-school science teacher. I also was a volunteer teacher for the hearing impaired. What qualifications do you hold? National Certificate II for Bread and Pastry Production Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe skills are more valuable than formal education because skills require discipline to acquire. Describe the benefits of working with others with working with others, we learn camaraderie and how to get along with other people especially each one of us has our own unique personalities. we learn to cope up with situations involving problems relating to cultural and behavioral backgrounds. we learn from each other. Describe the benefits of working alone In working alone, one learns to be self-reliant and self motivated. What was your worst working experience? Working with a lying boss. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Do your best. What unique skills do you have? I am very self-reliant. I don't ask others to do what I myself cannot do. I believe that I am a good-natured person. I know that anybody can change for the best when given the chance. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be something that requires service. I love to make people happy. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect in my field is when you buy a cookbook, you could only see pictures, but here, you could actually look at the pictures and savor the taste of the food in the picture. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? hmmm... maybe working with talkative co-workers. What do you think is the fullfillment of having your job?
