My qualification is my years of experience under the field of IT business. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Its both Education and Skills. Education for me is very important since it will help you deal with past and everyday life. Gives you proper behavior and approach on how to deal with issues. Skills are gain and if you are willing too. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others give you the chance to prove your worth and how well you work with them.
