What field do you currently work in? currently Im an I.T. Service Delivery Offier and Dell Certified System Expert with Dell ID 374651,(Server, Storage(DAS, SAN,Dell/EMC), desktops and notebook) and also can troubleshoot HP product such as Servers,desktops,laptops and printers What fields have you worked in before? mostly on IT companies,and was assigned onsite on client such as Coke Cola Export, Chevron and Amkor Anam. What qualifications do you hold? As I mentioned Im Dell Certified System Expert trained in Dell Penang Malaysia with Dell DCSE Tech ID # 374651. Right now I managing 15 account on handling hardware maintenace and with 7 onsite Tech support engineers. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? First formal education because this is my passport to any work second my skills, skill can be acquired thru trainings.
