Macau because i want to expereince and share my knowledge and abilities that will lead me to a more opportunity in the future. What countries have you worked in? Only here in the Philippines What field do you currently work in? Am currently a Restaurant Manager of Mang Inasal San Pablo City Laguna Philippines since September 18, 2009. What fields have you worked in before? I worked in Sales and Marketing for 7 years taht deals with food supplements, beauty products and life insurance at Philam Life. What qualifications do you hold? Am a graduate of Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Major in Management, with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, i know how to handle and motivate a group of people and store operations. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe that skills is the most valuable because it involves the theory of how to apply what you have learned. I know some of my friends who have a formal education but they did'nt know the application that's why they don't have a good career. Describe the benefits of working with others You will know a lot of people in terms of their attitude and you can make friends out of them and you will increase your knowledge on how they done things right. Describe the benefits of working alone You will have a better focus, the work should be a one man job. What was your worst working experience? I did not have any worst experience in terms of my job because i always find my job very interesting and learn from them. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learn that the most important in my career is how to deal with your people in good terms, communicate with them properly to resolve any conflict and motivate them and make their work environment fun and very rewarding. What unique skills do you have? I believe that my unique skills is that i learn many things by giving me a proper and clear instructions on what to do. I also easily get along with people and make friends. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A dream job for me is where i reached my dream of owning a better house (two storey), a nice car like honda cr-v red latest model, i can travel to country where i like, i have a good health and a nice and loving family of my own and have at least $200,000 savings and extra money to help others. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I believe that other people are one of the interesting part of my fiels because i learned many things from them. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Dealing with people who have an attitude problem and a negative thinker.
