Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Having formal education is more valuable but the combination of it and being skilled is much valuable rather. Because, formal education gives much motivation to developed and gained more knowlegde and being skilled also a big factor as knowledge earned from the school be implemented.
