Bachelor in Science in Nursing, Registered NUrse for 2 years and adequate nurse experience in the hospital Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills since you will not be able to tackle and become the best if you will not have adequate experince in the field that you have chosen. You may be the best in the Academics but it doesnt necessarily mean that you will be the best in the area that you will be working if you don't have enough experience on the subject matter. Describe the benefits of working with others There are lots of benefits that we will encounter if you are working with others and one of the most obvious advantage will be that there will be more brains that will think and more importantly many hands to do the job so less effort and faster work. Describe the benefits of working alone You will have to work without asking for their opinions. You will not have the dilemma of the criticisms of the people around you that will be affected whenever problems arise due to complications. What was your worst working experience? I have to obey my Supervisors even if I feel that it is not the best solution for the problem. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Everyday is a learning experience. Learning is a never ending process. What unique skills do you have? I am flexible in every situation that I am put into and more importantly I always do my best in ewverything that I do. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Chief Nurse in a Big Hospital Abroad What are the most interesting aspects of your field? You are given the chance to care for the dying patients in the end stage of their lives and welcome the newborn to the beautiful world. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? You have to do routine jobs in the area. Why do you think we should hire you? I am a person that will do his best whenever there are tasks that needs attention.
