What country or area are you looking to work in and why? off course i want to work anywhere in Macau because its convenient for me to travel from my country Philippines. What countries have you worked in? i presently working here in Philippines, but if you will give me chance, i will go there in Macau immediately. What countries do you have a visa to work in? i don't have any visa in other country. What field do you currently work in? i presently working as acting supply officer (health department)in municipality of bacoor cavite, Philippines. What fields have you worked in before? the above mention is my first job after i graduated in college. What qualifications do you hold? i'm flexible to any kind of work, i'm hard working, approachable to all people around me, honest and u can trust me in everything. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? all we know is more valuable is formal education but for me, i think the most valuable is our skills because there a lot of people who are educated but they don't have successful life even career or job, unlike under graduate people who has good skills they are successful right now because they are most hardworking than to people who has formal education, its just my opinion. Describe the benefits of working with others if we work with other people we need to be flexible to them, help each other and we have to understand his/her attitude to avoid misunderstanding that will going to fight each other, in otherwise we need a give and take and sharing of knowledge to have a good and happy working relationship for the success of the company. Describe the benefits of working alone to work alone, you can do what you want but no one can help you in other way, all the work is yours and if you don't know something no one can advice you. What was your worst working experience? my worst experience is when we was in free medical and dental mission and i assign to medicine for the patient who already finished to their check-up, the venue is over crowded and there has one patient who got mad to me because i told them that they need to fall in line before i give them a medicine, they not follow my instruction then i told to my co-worker that they help me to finish it. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? the most important i learned to my career is i need to be more patience to other people especially to the people who are in depressed area because they are most sensitive than to simple people. And more patience to senior citizen because they are already naughty. What unique skills do you have? my skills is basic in computer, i can drive, sports minded but if you have something that i need to do, i will study how to do that until i learn and i will try it. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? all job that came or come to me is i considered my dream job,as long as i earned money from my work and i can help my family i considered all of that as a blessings from our Lord and i know God gave it to me. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? the most interesting aspect of my field right now are i can help other people who under poverty and i made them happy. i felt their feelings to thank me every time i help them to their needs. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? the least interesting aspect of my field is when we have no free medical and dental mission in depressed area because i don't have any work, i'm bored to the office but sometimes i helped my co-workers to their work, i assist all the patients who came in and i act as receptionist in our working area. |
