Formal education or skills and why? we need to have a formal education for us to develop or enhance our skill. we all know that "education is the key of success" Describe the benefits of working with others dealing with other people is very important so that our self confidence become strong. it can make us more effective in a profession we have because we gain more friends. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone is boring.it is very hard to work alone because nobody can help you if you have problems and no additional knowledge from other.
