What field do you currently work in? im a collection specialist/ a call center agent at clarkfield pamp, ph What fields have you worked in before? i had an experience working in the hospital as discharge/ admitting staff.. and got promoted as a purchasing staff, (office of the comptroller) im currently working as a collection specialist, a call center agent What qualifications do you hold? -people oriented -college graduate -responsible -creative -communication skills Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? FORMAL EDUCATION- we do apply what have we learned from school, we gain those learnings and knowledge from people around us and we usually adopt them.. SKILLS- has a great impact and is valuable because this skills are already there and are developed by an individual on his/her own ways, own learning and experiences..
