What type of job are you looking for?

a security officer or its equivalent

What nationality are you?

Filipino

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

i can speak fluently in Filipino, English languages

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I do prepare working in Macau..There are Lots of opportunities in Macau..Besides, a nearby country from the Philippines.

What countries have you worked in?

Only here in the Philippines for now.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

None yet

What field do you currently work in?

Currently I am an Assistant Detachment Commander at a Manufacturing Company..I also manage to train security personnel at Security Training Center.

What fields have you worked in before?

I was a Personnel Assistant before as a Timekeeper under the Human Resources Department, my first job. Then i was an accounting clerk of Swift Foods Inc.-meat Division under the general accounting department. Recently I was also a production Planner for 4 years.

What qualifications do you hold?

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce-major in management. I am a sub-professional civil service examination passer..I am an accredited Security Trainer under the Civil Security Group (Security Trainers' Training Methodology Course). I am also a Security Assessor, attended the Basic Security Assessor Course..I am a holder of National Certificate Level II under TESDA.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Currently I do prepare skills because most of the best opportunities in other countries for today are those who are skilled personnel.

Describe the benefits of working with others

You can earn additional knowledge, skills. You can improve fully your leadership by being flexible at all times. you can be able to know more different people with different cultures, attitudes..everything..A non-stop learning...

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone can make you plan fully your duties and responsibilities, your accountability is only yourself.

What was your worst working experience?

I was been engaged in door to door special offer lately. You can only count on your sales, without any allowances and basic salary. I was also a "victim" of a networking company/pyramid scam that brain washed me while i was a production planner.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I must stick to one job that is fit to my skill and ability

What unique skills do you have?

i can assess a situation or i can make a security survey if needed. I can easily get with other people by being flexible. I am also a computer literate (Microsoft softwares). I can train security personnel (Basic knowledge)

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Working in abroad, well practical speaking I need to earn more for my 4 kids particularly. I need to prepare for their own future.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Preventive measure to security rather than reactive type. A silent partner of employer by regulating their company policy for the betterment of the company.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Actually there is no such least interesting in Security Profession if you do your job or if you work by heart. Everything are important, even a small thing means a lot to Security Profession.

What must I do so that I could qualify and possibly can work in Macau as early as possible?

I must be on the go at all times; my requirements, myself, my family.
