Language barrier when I was working in Thailand that students were not able to understand because they speak little English. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most impt.lesson I got to learn was that learn to love your job and always be patient in everything especially in dealing with students who need further assistance and who need your attention for them to be educated.
