M Sc and B Ed Ph D is incomplete Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? To me BOTH are equally important. However, when cosidering an induvidual's survival value learning skill is important. So, if you want me to choose any one, then ofcourse, I will go for skill. But I want to express a word of caution that human being is essentially a social animal and so if he is provided only skills he may not fit into this title Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is an opportunuity to know more of us. When we interact with others we realizes our weakness and strength. We learn the art of "give and take". Moreover, it provides ample resources and ideas as more brains and hands are working for a single problem. Apart from these, each induvudual of the team feel 'belonging to' which guarantees sincere effort to accomplish the task. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is an occasion to express your potentialities to others. Here you are the sole person for the task you have undertaken. So sincerity to the assignment willbe high. Uttermost responsibility will be involved. since the credt of success is awarded to the employee, he feel ownership of the assignment. Employee will be more focused. Repeated self assessments will be performed to improve the out come. In other words, person himself subject to more self assessments to improve qulaity work What was your worst working experience? As in any job, I have ups and downs in my career as teacher. In a particularly bad mood I lost my temper to a student. I could never convince him that I sincerely repent on my action and he never accepted my appology. Moreover, he lost interest in the subject due to my action.I don't thing a teacher could have a worse experience than this!!! What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Hundred percent sincerity and effort can change any challenges in profession What unique skills do you have? I can instill motivation to any student. Class is constructed on question and answer method which ensures involvement of students. Inqury based learning provides students to go with their own pace. I learn to be emotionally stable. I belive that an angry teacher is a failed teacher. Throgh out the years I mastered in saying "student is always right" which guarentees successful diplomacy and negotiation What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I am quite comfortable when I am inside the classroom What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Teaching is the most wonderful and only job I enjoyed. Teachers are societies' engineers. I am happy to say that most rewarding experiences of mine were when I met my old students. I love those expressions of grattitude. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
