Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider formal education to be of more value than skills because having the right and formal education is the basic foundation for one to cultivate and enhance one's skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others makes a person become holistically formed. Basically, the following areas of formation will be enhanced and developed: community, human, intellectual, pastoral and spiritual.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone makes one be able to stand on his/her own. Work may be done in a faster phase because there will be no distractions, unlike if one works with others, tendency, chatting or unnecessary actions may be done that will hinder the progress of one's work.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was when the connection of the internet in school failed. So, still lucky I was able to think for other alternative for me to deliver my topic that day.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I have learned to trust on others capabilities. One must not only be judged according to how he/she acts in class. There are many students who does not give a maximum participation in class but when you employ varied teaching strategies, there you will find out that they too are outstanding in their own respective intelligence. In short, multiple intelligence approach is very helpful to aid each students on their progressive learning.

What unique skills do you have?

Aside from teaching, I use to make power point presentations for my lesson. Sometimes, I do play volleyball as one way of releasing all the tensions or stress for a certain week. Playing volleyball with my students is also one way of getting to know them outside class hours.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

For me, I don't consider it as a dream job because I have already achieve it and currently enjoying it - TEACHING.

Being with the students, teaching and learning from them, guide each one of them, making them feel that we are one family having one common vision are the most interesting aspects of my teaching career.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Making lesson plans, especially if you have a lot of subjects to handle. But it's okay. That's part of being a techer. It just depends on how one handles and make a timeline for each work.

Please replace this with a question of your own

What are the key ingredients of becoming a model teacher? Contentment, love and passion for work and oneself.
