I am looking for a job that would let me explore a lot of things and would let me learn so much things, that would not limit myself from something. I am also looking for a job that i would enjoy most of the time as if I'm not working at all. What nationality are you? I'm Filipina What languages do you speak (and at what level)? English and Filipino from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, i would say 8. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Macau, Singapore and Middle East countries, because they can also compete with other countries regarding technologies and they could also provide all trainings and seminars that employees are looking for,they also give good salary and definitely I would be able to explore a lot of things on those countries, it would not limit myself from one thing and they also offer various jobs that will suit your needs and capabilities. What countries have you worked in? Philippines only, this would be my first time to work abroad if given a chance. What countries do you have a visa to work in? None as of now, but will definitely apply right away as soon as offer comes. What field do you currently work in? Outsourcing company, (Call Center) I'm an agent right now. What fields have you worked in before? I've been to a Business Intelligence company before, i definitely enjoyed the job but there are times where you need to move on or to look for better opportunities or career growth. What qualifications do you hold? I'm hardworking, i may not know everything but I'm willing to learn and definitely i have the capacity to learn and to compete with others, i'm a team player, i can work under pressure and fast learner. I'll do my best to learn and to be fit in any job. I can also do multi-tasking and I am also computer literate. I am not choosy when it comes to work for as long as the work is enjoyable and will let me learn, then I'll grab it. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because not everything are taught in school or even if you have formal education. There are a lot of people now who finished college degree and even took masteral degree but doesnt have good job or they are not enjoying their job at all and they even shift to a job not related to their degree just to earn money and to provide their family needs. If you're a skilled person then you'll be able to do a lot of things and it will prove your capabilities and you know the fact that you hold something. Describe the benefits of working with others One is that it will allow you to work with different kind of people, you'll learn their attitudes, perceptions and their willingness towards work. You'll be able to finish task in an instant if there are other people around you. You will also learn a lot from things if you experienced to work with others like how to accomplish simple things especially if they have enogh working experience. They wil also teach you techniques on how to make work easier for you based on their experiences. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is also beneficial since I work most of the time alone. Beneficial because i can finish a task right away since there's no one whom you can talk to. You can also perform your job without thinking that someone might notice or degrade your work, things like that nevertheless if they will just suggest for the better of your work. You will also feel proud of yourself if you accomplished something so hard without help of anyone What was your worst working experience? When i heard gossip about me and one of our immediate supervisor though i know that it's not true but the fact that they were all atalking about us and spreading rumors, but then i was able to moved on and prove them that its not true. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Love your job, put your heart in everything you do and always think that it's your ultimate job and that it's your last chance to prove your capability. Treat all your customer as your relative so you can serve them with all your heart and always listen to the needs of everyone. Be sensitive enough to know their needs so you'll be able to help them and gain feedback. What unique skills do you have? i refuse to answer. it's for you to find out and i think that would be better. I dont want to say something I believe i dont possess. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Flight Stewardess because i am able to visit lots of contry and learn their culture and all. I'll be able to earn as well and enjoy my job at the same time. It's like doing what you love doing and being paid off, its like you're not working at all and receiving money. I can have all the perks and learn at the same time since you're going to mingle with other people as well. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I am able to solve their problems, help all those subscribers regarding their concern and able to do multi-tasking, meet a lot of people and be able to hear all their concerns. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The complaints of subscribers, downtime of system, inconsistency of the service our client is providing.
