Teaching for more than 4(Four) years in India. What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Hons) from India. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both of them contain particular values in their own field. But, the Formal education is I think more valuable because without it one cannot understand the importance of skills education. Describe the benefits of working with others As per the personal experiences I could say that, working with others let a person earn more knowledge, share the ideas and sense of competition asrise - which ultimately brought a perfect and fruitful result. Describe the benefits of working alone It's a chance to show one's own intellectuality, perfectness and command over that particular field. The most importantly - He will work without mental pressure and work with full responsibilities. What was your worst working experience? One day, I work with the Egyptian co-worker in one of the post. He doesn't have even a normal command over the english except Arabic and I was totally unaware of that language. During the working period I faced lots of trouble and talk with sign language. Next day, I was shifted from that post and I got a big relief. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Never trust anyone during the duty period. What unique skills do you have? Handle the situations. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Where the institution judge its employee on the basis of their abilities - without any discriminations in the name of nation, race, sex and kins (relatives/ relationship). What are the most interesting aspects of your field? People became serious in-front of us or vice versa. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? People never became friendly to us.
