Pashtu, Dari, Balouchiand english( I would say high level reading and writting) What country or area are you looking to work in and why? -Afghanistan(if stationed only in Kabul city): my home country -India: because my family likes it -Most countries accept, Iran,Iraq, Pakistan and N Koria: not peaceful What countries have you worked in? Afghanistan,United States and Pakistan What countries do you have a visa to work in? I can work in US and Afghanistan, I am not sure if I need a viza for Afghanistan thats it. What field do you currently work in? I work for MaineDOT as highway designer and I also worked in bridge design and highway construction. What fields have you worked in before? -Highway and drainage design in Afghanistan and -Highway construction in Pakistan What qualifications do you hold? I have BS and P.E in Civil Engineering,experienced in highway and bridge design and construction Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think if you have only skills you can find a job,with only education may not be successful. But if we combine both will be the best. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others as a team work - increases productivity - cooperation practice - minmizes work stress Describe the benefits of working alone - in controle of schedule - using the time efficiently - in control of procidures - better outcome What was your worst working experience? When I was working in Pakistan, in highway construction as superintendent. couldn't finished the project on time, there was some fraud involved in top management fighting each other. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Check eveything you do, before it is too late. What unique skills do you have?
