Both a valuable, because you need education to obtain skills and you need skills to to do the actual work, so nothing is superio Describe the benefits of working with others working with others makes little work, time taken to produce the desired results is low, you can always consult when there is a problem, mind you, no man is an island, quality of work is high since errors are minimised and when they occur they are easily spotted and corrected, working with others may also help one to develop socially i.e. personally, you develop interpersonal skills. Describe the benefits of working alone there is managerial freedom ie.e you dont take time to make a decision since you have no one to seek permission from, it acts as a motivator since you would want to overcome the challenge and be considered as a hard worker by oyur bosses, one develops hardworking spirit, you dont have the dependence syndrome which in most cases works to your disadvantage, quality of work may be high because you will make sure that you have performed to the desired standards to avoid reppraisals What was your worst working experience? i have never had a worst working experience What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? to be objective minded What unique skills do you have? I beleive in myself, I do can work without maximum supervision, am objective minded, am always time and financial concious What would you consider as your 'dream job'? t work as a financial controller What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
