Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable. Because they are inter-dependent. If one has formal education, this means that that person will be able to anlysis issues from all angles using the skills he os she learnt at school.People go for training so that they acquire skills that will help them work deligently,effectively and with due care. For example, can you ride a bicycle when you have not been trained how to? how hard would that be? One would wish not even to be given a bicycle. In a similar sense assigments are done effectively,efficiently,faster when both skills and formal education are put into action, hence development Describe the benefits of working with others -you can not know everything, so there is need for division of labour -You share skills and experience with others -Helps work to done faster,reports are produced in time this helps to compare your target agaisnt what is actully happening(monitoring and evaluation) -We are in times where competition is higher, customers wouldnt wait for the service or product that you offering, they would rather go to where its done effectively and faster -Problems are shared hance are solved faster.
