Being a Malawian my first option is Malawi,but where an overseas opportunity arises am ready to make use of it.Afterwards working abroad means widening my knowledge and skills favour. Formal education or skills and why? To me I think both work in hand,as becoming a successful skilled worker,one needs to acquire the formal eduction first.Formal education widens ones knowledge to a greater extent.
