I hold a certificate in Information Technology and Programming obtained in 2007 through Association of Computer Proffessional (ACP), A Malawi School Certificate of Education , Malawi Junior Certificate of Education(JCE) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I do consider skills that goes with formal education because one can't be skilled without little knowledge of how something works, hence skills and foirmal education goes together.
