You are an all rounder and more open to other ideas and can learn the skills on the job. Describe the benefits of working with others One never stops to learn so you are constantly doing that as you work plus one isn't 100% everyday, your co-workers can catch something you could have missed. Describe the benefits of working alone You give your 101% and knkow that you are responsible for anything that you are doing. What was your worst working experience? working with a co-worker who had a rather closed mind and felt he always had to be right and couldn't take constructive critisim. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I still have much to learn but because of my open mind that should be more than easy to do. What unique skills do you have?
