Formal education or skills and why? i feel both are more valuable because an individual is supposed to undergo formal education before being exposed to the clinical area because it becomes easy to develop skills based on the knowledge acquired before Describe the benefits of working with others In healthcare we work as a team (multidisciplinary)because we look at a patient as a whole, therefore, each and every member of the multidisciplinary team has his or her services to offer which helps the client to be assisted in all aspects of life or to be treated as a whole. Describe the benefits of working alone the benefit could be that you get little diturbance from others and that you are able to follow patient care plans in implementing what you planned and evaluation is usually possible What was your worst working experience? my worst experience is when i was in my first year of study at college when i first saw a dead person, i thought of quiting nursing because i felt i will not manage to face such frightful situations. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The lesson i have learnt is that nursing involves dealing with people from a diverse population so it is important to treat people individually despite presenting the same physical problems because the other aspects of life such as pschological, spiritual, social, emotional have to be addressed as well.
