Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both formal education and skills are valuable because you can only develop your skills through education. Skills without education can not be used perfectly.

Describe the benefits of working with others

You develop already possessed skills through interaction and acquire some more skills from your freinds you are working with. And it is also said "no man is an island" so there is a need to work with others in partinership or as a team.

Describe the benefits of working alone

There are some responsibilities that requires you to work alone. When working alone you also concentrate much on yuor work and you develop a hard working spirit because you knnow that if I don't do it no one will do it for me.

What was your worst working experience?

working with unexperienced and unqaulified employees to train them and give them responsibilities is so difficult.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson I have learnt throughout my career as an administrator is to take the post no only as a post but more as leadership challenge whereby I needed to develop the lowest. I have learnt that leadesrship is not only a position but heart to hear and listen the lowly person in your organization.

What unique skills do you have?

I have problem solving skills, analytical skills, conflict resolution skills, listening skills, good leadership skills, team working skills, teaching skills, counselling skills, typing skills, computer skills (with Quickbooks) accounting skills, and hard working skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Administrator, Human Resource manager, or Research Officer.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects of my field is that you work with people and the most valuable asset at any organization is personnel. Having interpersonal skills I know that I can do it. The other aspect is being accountable for everything that the organization has. Making decisions.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The list interesting aspects are problem solving and conflict resolution. I say these are the least because it is always difficult to deal with the personnel.

What are your personal beliefs regarding to work?

I personally believe in doing whatever I do with a touch of excellency and accountability. Every work placed at my hand is possible and I can do it on matter what. I should always work at into the Lord. Every work I do I should always do it so that someone will say someone did it.
