African Countries,especially Bostwana I have heard they are doing better in construction so I want to gain much experience to be used back here home. Bachelors degree in civil engineering(University of Malawi- The Polytechnic) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills, engineering is about making things come to reality not only education.This however does not undermine the importance of knowledge;Knowledge is power. To find solutions to the much thought problems in the society.When floods make people on the other side of the road fail to cross the river,you tie ropes on trees and construct a suspending bridge the sick cross, the young ones go to get their education.A saviour to the society thus what drives me most in this field,putting things in a controlled motion What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Meeting the same obvious problems like designing and constructing the same design on five sites ,it is a bit routine and boring What Should be included in the Syllbus on the undergraduate courses?
