Skills are more valuable than education. I konw some people in my surrounding who didn't finish secondary school and still have great jobs. Formal education only gives you the theory most of the time and not the practice.

Describe the benefits of working with others

When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and you can learn from their ways.
