What countries have you worked in? Nil, I am presently in the last semester of my Ph.D. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Malaysia. What qualifications do you hold? 1. B.Sc Agriculture (74.4%) from Govt college, Selected by Competent Authority. 2. M.Sc Soil Science and Water Management (79.1%), Selected by Indian Council of Agricultural Research and got university merit scholarship. 3.Ph.D Soil Science (82.6%)(To be completed in june 2011) in most prestigeous Pantnagar University of Agriculture and Technology selected by Indian Council of Agricultural Research and am getting senior research fellowship. 4. Have qualified the National Eligibility Test for appointment as Assistant professor in soil science. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both have importance of their own. Formal education if sound, broadens our conceptual knowledge which can be instrumental in inventing the new and more efficient skills. Skill if employed with dedication can prove our worth. Describe the benefits of working with others It is team work which polishes our qualities of head and heart. We learn to tolerate, to follow, to be patient, to coperate, to compete and to work. Describe the benefits of working alone Single mind concentration. Orator, writer,teacher,actor,arithmetic analysor- chemical, physical and mathematical. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Soil Scientist or Assistant Professor in Soil Science. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Crop modelling, Precision agriculture, GIS. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I can't say. What do you want from your life.
