I have completed BSC Agriculture. I have more than 4 years of experience into the same field. I have worked at R&D, Sales & Marketing departments. I would love to work in the same areas.

I think both are equally important. By taking formal education we can polish our skills, but skills has to be there with you.

I always believe in team work. It simplify the big task very easily. Because every person has some core capabilities which can be helpful to complete the task.

We can work on our own way. By working alone we can be more innovative that working with others.

Readiness to learn is the most imp to achieve success in life
