Malayasia, because it is always fascinating for me and I want to have an exposure of the working anvironment and culture of other countries also. Not yet left India for working in any country. What field do you currently work in? I'm working in copper mining and mineral processing company as a Mechanical Maintenance engineer in Concentrator Plant looking after all the aspects of maintenance of a plant. What fields have you worked in before? This is my first company after my graduation. What qualifications do you hold? I've done my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh MUslim University, India. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Formal education separates you as a whole from the crowd and your skills give a boost to your personality and keeps you competent for any condition. Describe the benefits of working with others When we work with others we come to face diferent attitudes and find a way to cope with it. Whatever we lack in ourselves can be found in someone else in the group and the load is shared. Moreover we learn a lot from each other when we work together. We can say that working with others in a group is like unity in diversity, when working on the objective evryone is a group and within themselves for their own task there is positive competition. Describe the benefits of working alone Workin alone also has its own benefits. We are not forced to be influenced by anyone else. Benefit is not shared. Proper appreciation to work, recognition to your hard work and intelligence are other advantages of working alone. What was your worst working experience? Nothing serious What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? as an engineer- be attentive always use your own brain and at the same time your hands also. As an administrator- Be calm and never loose your patience. Be a careful listener and try to digest as much as possible. What unique skills do you have?
